Sridevi Funeral: Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan and Shweta Bachchan Nanda arrive at the venue

Bollywood icon Sridevi’s mortal remains returned home last night from Dubai. The actress passed away due to accidental drowning in a bathtub in Dubai on February 24, leaving behind a frenzy of grief. Her family members – husband Boney Kapoor and stepson Arjun Kapoor brought home the mortal remains of Sridevi from Dubai. The condolence ceremony of the late superstar is taking place today at the Celebration Sports Club in Lokhandwala from 9:30 am onwards. Thousands of Bollywood stars have been pouring in to offer their final respects to the late actress. The last journey of Sridevi will begin at 2pm and the cremation will take place at 3.30pm at the Vile Parle Seva Samaj Crematorium.

Paying their last respects to the superstar this morning were Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan and Shweta Bachchan Nanda.  The trio arrived together at the club to participate in her condolence ceremony. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is said to be close to the late icon.
